Full Refund: Cancellations made over 30 days before the course date. 50% Refund: Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before the course date. No Refund: Cancellations made within 14 days of the course date. Whenever possible, we aim to accommodate changes by offering the option to reschedule to another available date within the year.
